Composite Wind-Resistant Suspension Insulator
Product Overview
The 35kV, 66kV, 110kV, and 220kV wind-resistant composite series products are designed for use in high-voltage overhead transmission lines with rigid jumpers. These insulators effectively prevent jumper wind bias and wire sway caused by wind, ensuring the insulation distance between phases and the ground is maintained. Also known as rigid jumper insulators, they eliminate issues such as line tripping, wire arcing, burns, broken strands, and line disconnections caused by jumper movement. This product addresses a critical safety and stability risk, ensuring the safe and stable operation of overhead power transmission lines.
Interchangeability and Versatility
The product can replace the suspension insulator used in rigid jumpers on active lines. It offers multiple connection fittings for users to choose from and can also provide custom tower connection fittings as needed. The installation is quick and convenient.

Installation Method
1. During transportation and installation of the wind-resistant composite insulator, handle it gently and avoid throwing. Ensure it does not collide or rub against other components (such as conductors, iron plates, tools, etc.) or sharp, hard objects.
2. When lifting, the rope knot should be tied to the end fitting. It is strictly forbidden to tie it to the skirt or sheath. If the rope touches the skirt or sheath, wrap the contact area with soft cloth.
3. The wind-resistant composite insulator should not be used as an auxiliary tool for stringing or unstringing wires to prevent impacts or bending moments that may damage the insulator.
4. It is forbidden to step on the insulator's skirt.
5. When installing the equalizing ring, ensure that the ring is perpendicular to the insulator's axis. For the open-type equalizing rings, ensure the openings at both ends are aligned in the same direction to facilitate discharge and protect the skirt.
