Product Introduction

The design of our semi-buried prefabricated substation is truly innovative. Approximately one-third or two-thirds of the entire box transformer's height is ingeniously buried underground. This strategic design significantly reduces the above-ground height, ensuring that it doesn't obstruct the view of pedestrians or drivers. As a result, the substation seamlessly integrates with its surroundings, creating a harmonious blend between the equipment and the environment.


The underground section of the substation is built on a robust steel structure skeleton, providing exceptional strength and stability. The outer shell of the sealed bottom compartment is crafted from BFE high-strength cement short glass fiber composite material. This material not only offers excellent durability but also provides reliable protection against the elements.


When it comes to electrical configurations, our substation offers unparalleled flexibility. On the high-voltage side, users can choose between a ring network or terminals, while the low-voltage section provides the option of fixed or panel-type setups. The foundation requirements are minimal; a simple cushion layer is sufficient for installation. Once the cables are connected, the area can be directly backfilled with soil and compacted.
