**Product Overview**
The ZN85C-40.5/T2000-31.5 indoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker
is engineered for use in three-phase AC 50Hz power systems with a
rated voltage of 40.5kV. It is widely applied in industrial plants,
mining operations, power stations, and substations for handling
load currents, overloads, and short-circuit interruptions.
Its innovative vertical design—featuring an upper and lower layout
for the vacuum interrupter and operating mechanism—significantly
reduces installation depth, making it ideal for space-constrained
environments.
Each phase is isolated using an individual epoxy resin insulation
cylinder, forming a compact composite insulation structure. This
design ensures compliance with air and creepage distance
requirements, while the main circuit’s arc chambers and conductive
interfaces are securely enclosed within the cylinders. A narrow
phase spacing of only 300mm and all-fixed electrical connections
enhance safety and system reliability.
The built-in spring operating mechanism is specially designed to
match the structural and performance needs of 40.5kV vacuum
breakers. Integrated into the breaker frame, this mechanism features
a simplified layout, optimized performance curve, and seamless
compatibility with the breaker’s vertical configuration.
