Overview

The KYN550-12 indoor armored removable AC metal-clad switchgear (hereinafter referred to as KYN550-12 switchgear) is one of the most compact 12kV, three-phase, 50Hz switchgears for single-bus and single-bus section systems.
It incorporates a complete "five-prevention" interlock system:
  • Preventing withdrawal/insertion of the circuit breaker truck under load

  • Preventing the incorrect opening/closing of the circuit breaker

  • Preventing the closing of the circuit breaker when the earthing switch is closed

  • Preventing entry into live compartments

  • Preventing the closing of the earthing switch when the compartment is live

Equipped with an indoor medium voltage solid-sealed vacuum circuit breaker truck, it is a high-performance power distribution device.
Its compact design saves significant switchroom space, making it ideal for commercial and industrial buildings, real estate, data centers, and other industrial power grids with miniaturization requirements.

  • Protection rating of enclosure: IP4X
